Linking Backup Sets to New Computer

Rather than typing the information again, please have a look at this post raised by me a few days ago (and previous community members have had the same issue).

I am buying a new computer and the time wasting that is involved in linking my existing Backup Sets to the new machine is a real PAIN!!!

If Norton could either tell me how to do it quickly and easily OR consider developing a solution it would be really useful.
