Cant Turn VPN (On) Android

I try turning on the Vpn but nothing happens ..its like the screen is frozen but im able to access the drop down menu..??Any suggestions...oh i also tried uninstalling and reinstall but still nothing...help...lol

Are you trying to turn on the VPN feature in 360 Android, or the standalone Norton Secure VPN app? If you have both installed, you should uninstall the standalone VPN and just use the VPN feature in 360.
