What's notable is how their schemes are very similar to those used claiming your Norton subscription is expiring and will be automatically renewed unless you call them to cancel the charge.  Obviously they need you on the phone for the next phase to work.

Bottom line, if you think these calls or emails might be legitimate, look up the real telephone number of the company you do business with and verify it first  before discussing anything.  Never call the numbers they provide in these emails or phone messages. If you answered the call, politely tell them due to security concerns, you'll contact the customer service line to verify and end the call.
