I Cannot connect with my samsung S20+

I have installed on my IPAD and my Samsung S20+.

When i connect with my ipad,it works fine and the speed is pretty good.

But when i tried to connect with my Samsung S20+.

the app shows 

I have installed and uninstalled for many times.

But it was still happened.

Is there any solution?

For both your iOS device and your Android device are you also using the Norton 360 app? If so, you should not install and try to use the standalone Norton Secure VPN app as the 360 app now has the VPN feature included. 

I have asked your .zip file be removed as it is not a valid file.

I only installed standalone VPN in my android Device! And it shows that.

What subscription are you using to activate your VPN app? Is it part of a Norton 360 subscription or just the standalone VPN subscription? If the stand alone subscription, how many devices does your Norton Secure VPN support? 

During the installation, did you accept all permissions requested by the app?

What Android version is on your device?

Standalone subscription.

Android 11 . And I accept all the permission.

And when you purchased the standalone subscription, how many devices were you allowed to use? How many are you using? ie Are you also using this on PCs? If you only purchased a one device subscription, you would have to uninstall from the iOS device to use it on your Android.

standalone subscription and 5 devices allowed to use.and 3 are using including my android phone. But my android phone do not work.

Were you able to try on a different network? Or using a cell connection?

Do you have any other VPN products on this device?

It works on my iPhone, but on my huawei device it just failed to connect. I don't know why so I gave up using it on Android device
