How to stop junk emails!

I purchased Norton's "Best" protection plan that they have to offer hoping it would diminish the number of junk and spam email I receive. I've tried changing password on email account (microsoft) several times as suggested but hasn't help. Would greatly appreciate any ideas. Thank y

There is nothing you can do to stop spam from being sent to your accounts. The only thing you can do is filter the spam when it gets to your device.

Or you can abandon that email account and start over. Old email accounts are vulnerable to spammers as they can gather email addresses from many sources.
