I need a solution for disabling device features while driving.  

Essentially I want to restrict my son's android device to only allow certain apps to work when the GPS detects he is driving (speed threshold??)  

I dont mind him receiving phone calls, as he has hands free, and possibly even receiving messages that can be read to him via hands free.  What has sparked the need for a solution, was finding a video he took at higher speeds WHILE DRIVING on his phone.  

it would be nice to have a section that would allow a parent to choose which apps are ALLOWED to be used while driving.

Would this be a possible feature to add?
