I have downloaded and installed the VPN executable file, but I am still not able to establish a VPN on my home network. Norton 360 attempts to connect, but after a minute or so I receive a failure message telling me to try later. This has happened numerous times. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Here is a fix on Windows 10:
Rename the following registry key: (DisabledComponents)
IN
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip6\Parameters
For good measure - I also disabled IPv6 on all network cards (can be done via cmd or powershell)
My Internet seems a bit slow after that but that might just be unrelated.

A Windows solution will not work on a mobile OS.
