Forum inactive when customers are available. What can solve this point?

Hi,

It seems that the community Gurus/experts/specialists/knowers are inactive on the week-end, probably because they are unpaid benefactors.

Were it possible to pay them or a replacement team during the week-end? I mean: the week-end is the moment when customers are available.

It is really disturbing to have a community for (almost?) sole support, to have to wait 2 days, and then to have to give continuing feed-back after our working days.

-What is the concern about all this: not enough money to pay notable helping people? Can something solve or bypass this problem?

Thank you in advance for your feed-back.

Hello. Most Guru's are on and off the forums most weekends, I know I am on at least a half dozen times or more each day. Weekends included. Bringing a few details about what your issues may be to the forums would help us assist. I would be personally happy to assist any way possible. Guru's are as you stated unpaid and yes!! We are notable helping, experienced people donating our time. Norton has its own policies regarding how they implement a work week, and have support take over much of the support role afterhours, holidays and weekends. Conflicting time zones also makes a huge difference in the availability of support as well.

I too am in and out of the forums every day, including weekends. Usually what we run up against is the lack of employees being available in the 'off hours' that causes any delay in any official response.
