Norton Utilities Premium Freezes on Windows Junk Files

Help! Norton Utilities Premium 21.4.3.281 freezes while scanning Windows junk files. NUP freezes at 17% every time I run it. It used to run, but now it won't complete.

The file path is C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\*.lnk, and it sits there endlessly.

Has anyone experienced this? What was the solution? I'd like this to run completely without selecting [Skip] every time.

Try running Windows Cleanup from the Toolbox section to see if you can see what is getting blocked.
