Norton Utilities Activation Error

I was getting an error in Norton Utilities ultimate. It was saying needed re-activation. I uninstalled it it. Downloaded and installed a fresh copy, which it gave me the key, with a link to copy it, which I did. And then in Norton Utilities it says the key is invalid. My subscription did just renew about 7 days ago... I have a dual monitor setup, sorry for the wide photos....

Do you have the NUP as the bonus for having 360 Automatic Renewal turned on? If so, be sure Auto Renew is still enabled or it disables the NUP key.

Yeah it renewed 5 days ago? But I uninstalled, reinstalled... It gave me an error, but then it worked anyway, and even went back to crypto mining....

I have not gone through an Auto Renewal, so I cannot say what may happen to the NUP product key after 360 renews. Maybe others here can enlighten us on this.

Maybe contacting Norton Support by chat can shed some light on the Expired key message you are getting.   www.norton.com/chat . When the chat bot asks you for input, type Agent Please. That usually gets me to a real person.
