How do I contact support when I can't get the chat to work and I can't use phones because I have bad hearing?
My subscription renewed when the automatic renewal was cancelled immediately after it was installed. No matter what I do while trying to find a way to sort this out I just end up going around in circles on the site never finding a way to fix this in a way that works or that I can do. Every option just goes back to a chat that fails and a phone option which I can't use. Where is the email link for people with disabilities that can’t get the chat to work?
