Norton Secure VPN doesn't work

I have been fighting issues with Norton 360 vpn on mac since last April, (never worked) They have given me access to secure vpn and that does not work either. I dealt with Norton support many times and nothing has been resolved. Should I give Norton support another shot at this or just write it off as a learning experience.
