Norton 360 stops working (again!!)

For the fifth time in as many months Norton 360 is failing to start when I boot up my Mac. Have spent hours on the phone with support who always promise that they'll fix it this time. Works for a few weeks and then stops again.  Have to delete and reinstall.  Just not good enough. Norton should be able to fix this permanently.  Lost confidence in product and unlikely to renew.
