Why some websites are super slow after installing Norton AntiTrack?

Since installing the AntiTrack on my Chrome Browser, my system is not working properly. It runs super slow and a some sites, including Norton LOCK UP. I would like to totally uninstall the AntiTrack from my system. Can I use the MS "uninstall" and not mess up my system more that it is already?
