I am unable to get my hash rate above 42.2 MH/s with a Evga 3070ti ftw3 Ultra. I don't know how to increase it more.

Sounds about right. The 3070ti is an LHR (Lite Hash Rate) card. It's automatically nerfed by Nvidia when Ethereum mining is detected. You can only get more if you use another miner.
