- What is your Operating system and its version

- What Norton Utilities product and version are you trying to use

i got the same problem i call support and thats fiks the problem  2 sek after

Do you have automatic renewal enabled for your 360 subscription? Apparently Norton has changed the offer for the free Norton Utilities Premium, NUP, with 360 auto renewal. This is no longer offered. If you did have NUP because of having auto renewal enabled, and you have turned auto renewal off, you will no longer get access to the free NUP.   

You will need a separate NUP product key, not your 360 key.

Then as noted in my post above, that would explain why your Norton Utilities is no longer working. The ability to use NUP ends as soon as you turn off auto renewal. If you still want to use Norton Utilities, you will have to purchase a separate subscription.

Thanks for testing this. I have been trying to get some confirmation on whether this would still work. So it seems the use of NUP will still continue until you enter a new product key instead of using auto renewal.
