Cannot eliminate repeated popup when I click BLOCK

A Norton 360 window repeatedly pops up when I attempt to access the internet.  The computer brw342387ada5db is attempting to access NETserver on your computer. Do you want to allow this connection? I click Block and the window disappears for 1 second and then pops up again.  How do I permanently get rid of this window?
