is norton utilities premium include in norton 360 premium subscription

I often get a notice to subscribe to Norton utilities, for $$  but when I go to my Account there is a spot which say Norton Utilities is active download.

Currently, Norton Utilities Premium, NUP, is included with 360 only if you have Automatic Renewal enabled on your current subscription. But even this is changing and when your current subscription expires, you will no longer have access to the 'free' NUP, even if you allowed the Automatic Renewal to occur.
