Norton Family not working on child's device

I've just purchased Norton 360 premium and can't get the family controls to work on their phone. I've enabled all settings and permissions as per instructions on set up but none of it is working correctly- location/ time management. Accessibility keeps turning itself off so then nothing works. The phone is an Alcatel v9MBA (11-04). It's running Android version 11

Thanks for reaching out to the Norton Family forum!

We have analyzed your policy set up for the child and found that the School Time monitor has been ON most of the time. Please note that when school time monitoring is enabled, the normal Time monitoring policy setup will be not considered. Please visit this help page to learn more about School Time.

Regarding Accessibility service is getting turned off by itself, some devices would disable these settings when battery optimization is enabled. Please check that setting.
