Is it just me or did the Monterey 12.3 update just break Norton 360?

After updating to 12.3 today it appears the Norton 360 App GUI will not start when I try to launch it. A small Pending box appears on the screen then the App eventually hangs after a few minutes if I don't preemptively close it myself. SafeWeb and Password Manager appear to be ok, but the 360 App won't launch to gain easy access to other features. Uninstalling and reinstalling is a bust in that the system extensions are now MIA / potentially the problem!

Here same problem since Monterey 12.3 Norton 360 does not start - remove and install did not change the problem.

This in not really a resolution at this point, but I followed these steps that include an official script to supposedly remove everything.

I'm going to hold off re-installing for now considering that there is a continuing debate of merit regarding the relevance of such a solution to MacOS in general. A debate that appears to suggest the cost / benefit of performance impacts vs actual benefits is arguably a coin toss at best. MacOS does have  builtin security features and services that do a decent job to begin with, but I'll revisit this equation after the world has had time to adjust to any underlying issues relating to compatibility with 12.3. I've also seen reports of 12.3 bricking certain MacBooks, mainly repaired, but my device does not fall into that category thankfully.

OK the customer service was able to solve the problem with remote access - after Norton was completly removed I was able to make a new installation which works fine now.
