Setting Menu has no Settings Options

I'm trying to access the backup settings, but the settings menu only has the options of Product Tour, Launch View, VPN, and Software Updater, despite Norton's website insisting there's either a "detailed settings" option or "administrative settings" option. What do I do?

You need to be logged into the classic 360 interface to access all settings. From the new My Norton interface, click on Open beside Device Security. Then you click on Settings at the top.

Switch between the My Norton window and Classic view

Open My Norton for My Norton window 
Open Norton 360 for Classic view


Note:
Settings from tray icon (below the line) calls My Norton (above the line) Settings

Note:
Settings from tray icon opens My Norton Settings
Settings from Classic view opens Norton 360 Settings
