How Do I Identify Family's Devices

Probably a simple solution to this one, but I cant find it. The kids have each got their own laptops at uni. When checking the "manage devices" it shows that one of the laptops has an issue. How do I identify which one it is when all I have to go on is "LAPTOP-XXXXXXX". Once I can identify them I do know that I will be able to rename them.

Identify devices that are currently protected by Norton

When you sign in to your account, you can find how many devices are currently protected. If you want to move your Norton protection from one of your devices, you first need to identify it from the list.

On Windows devices, on the main product window, click Help, and under General Information, click About. You can find the device name displayed there.

Confirm Remote Management is On + Restart (not Shut down) machine.

Try turning off other devices -> check Online Offline status
