Norton Bootable Recovery Tool video glitch

Running "Norton Bootable Recovery Tool" on my system causes the video glitch visible in attachment. Window is not properly controllable and not readable.

Using safe video mode does not make any difference.

How can I fix the issue and be able to use the tool?
