Norton 360 9.0.13 won't start, keeps showing Pending... window

I just looked at the menu bar and couldn't see Norton's icon. So I searched for Norton 360 and when I try to open it, it keeps showing this window:
Even after closing the app and reopening it again, will show the same window. I am using the latest version of macOS and Norton 360 Premium on my MacBook Pro 16. Restarted my Mac several times, still the same thing.
Update: Looks like a new version of Norton 360 was recently released which is definitely causing this problem. While I can't see the version from the user interface as it won't open at all but going through this file: /Applications/Norton\ 360.app/Contents/Info.plist
I see they have published a new BUGGY version:
<key>CFBundleShortVersionString</key>
<string>9.0.13</string>
Norton please fix your software and as usual, do we have to remind you to do thorough QA testing before releasing unfinished products to your customers?
