Norton secure vpn not connect

Hi before Norton secure vpn was connecting and it is work fine But when I change my sim cell phone for the Iphone it stop connecting I try the steps form website but no use anyone had this problem and how to solve it

From your image you are using the standalone Norton Secure VPN app. If you have Norton 360 iOS installed, you should use the VPN function in 360, and uninstall the standalone app.

I try this step and It is not connect I believe the app need to update to solve this issue
