internal error when initiating cloud backup- what have I missed?

No cloud backup. where to start? try to backup and notice only says internal error. What is turned off? What am I missing? Thank you.

Thanks for the quick reply SA -- busy day - took me all day to get back to this.
Well the day's break seems to have done some good : went thru it again and danged if it worked. Apparently I had started a backup in January and not finished it.
Nice that it was 'patient' - waiting all this time. I should not have ignored the prompts, figuring it was broken and not important.
Yeah Newb here self-taught over the years but learned something today.
