Norton Secure VPN stop working MacBook Pro M1 chip

Secure VPN stop working on my MacBook Pro (M1 chip). 

I have tried restart the laptop, On/Off WiFi, and clicked 'turn on' button on My Norton app but blue circle just goes around continuously...

Does anyone know how to solve this issue?
