Norton App Update

I recently had to replace my phone and when I downloaded all my apps, I no longer see my child’s devices. It tells me add, but when I do, it says already assigned. I’ve updated the apps in my child’s devices as well, but no luck. How can I view my child’s devices again without having to delete snd reinstall the whole thing?

We are happy to assist further through this forum thread to resolve your issue.
Since you have replaced your iPhone, it might be the case that the App data required for Norton Family, Parental Control App is not getting updated from the data backed up on the device.

It's recommended that you try reinstalling the Parent app and do a login. This should bring back all your children and devices data back into the app safely.

Your data is safe on Norton servers and there isn't a need to reinstall Child App on any of your children devices.

Thank you for reaching out to the Norton Family forum.

I hope you are speaking about Norton Family Parent app. Please logout from side menu and re-login to refresh the account data. Check if you are able to see the child devices now.

Still didn’t work. Now I can’t see anything and it wants me to add my child. I’m so lost I need a phone number to talk to someone
