Passwork Manager Mobile Unlock only works on one browser

I am clearly missing something... but I searched the web and the forum, but came up empty.

  • On my desktop, my Chrome browser (fully updated) sends me a mobile unlock notification just as designed.  Woo hoo!  When I go to settings on the web, my iPhone is right there.  Everything as expected.
  • On my desktop, my FF browser (fully updated) requires the password and when I log in with the same account, NPW claims I have no registered devices when in NPW settings.  "No devices enabled yet." Which is not true, as it works with my other browser and the identical login. So I start thinking this is all stored locally?  But when I try to set it up on this browser, I get in an endless loop of the "No devices enabled yet" page in the set-up.  Even though my phone is set-up correctly, as it works fine from a single browser instance.
  • On my laptop, neither Chrome or FF show any devices in the settings and both require the password.

As a password that I can remember is NOT very secure, I need help getting mobile unlock working across all my browsers.  Is this possible?

Thanks all.

I believe you have to set up Mobile Unlock for/from each browser. See if you see the setup Mobile unlock from the settings when you access NPM from Firefox.

You helped a lot.  Wow... it was complicated.  Every time you want to add a browser, you have to dig into your vault on the phone app and re-add the phone as a device.  Logically, I thought adding a device, added it to some device list that retained in the app, but not the case.  Wow.  Thanks for the help!
