Split Tunnel wont add 2 programs

He.  Read every post similar but not my problem.  I tried to add program d-rats.exe.  It worked on my laptop.  Not on my desktop.  My desktop already has 6 programs listed.  My laptop has 4.  I even tried to delete one from my desktop.  None of those changes worked.  Its as if split tunnel changes switch has turned off.  Is there a reinstall possibility for VPN to reinitialize my split settings?  Thnx

Before reinstalling, be sure you run LiveUpdate manually a few times, restarting as necessary, until no updates are available? Then restart again. Restarting, not shutdown and startup again if you have Windows Fast Startup feature enabled.   If you use Windows 8/8.1 or 10 or 11, there can be an issue with the Windows Fast Startup feature..
