Norton has taken payment a whole month before my renewal was due, and without first notifying me my renewal was even pending. My account is due to renew on 17th July 2022, but you took payment today - 17th June. Am am now overdrawn because of this. This is appalling customer service. At the very least you should notify customers their renewal is due BEFORE taking it, and furthermore you should take the paymet when it is due - not an entire month before. And because I can't find a way to speak to somebody and sort this out, I'm having to post on here. I would like my money back and I will be going elsewhere. Disgusted.
