Firewall blocking my pc network share on my pc only

I Just added a 4th pc to my home network. All the PC can see all shared folders with one exception (in Explorer). My new PC cannot see its own PC under networks (explorer). If I give it Full trust in the firewall it sees it then. My questions is all Other PC have private network selected and see all. New PC only see itself with full trust selected in norton 360 -  Why ?  What am I risking if i set it to full trust, And would I have to when all other PC work fine with Private Network selected.  If I turn off Norton all shares can be seen.
