Under Windows 11, I can't access the firewall options. Was the firewall removed?

Are you logged into a Windows Admin user account? That is required for most Norton settings.

I located the Firewall. Please see the attachment. I don't know how to generate a network connection report.

The settings are just for that. Settings to control the firewall. They do not generate any reports. Most Norton users would not know what to do with any such reports.
Norton is designed for home users that generally just set and forget the product. If you need more control over your security, you would need to move up to a business oriented product.
