1drv dot ms would be a legitimate link to Microsoft one drive. 1drv dot com appears it might be a phishing site. I'm not sure what apps you might have that connect to the internet that might give you that redirect.
Maybe something in Safari cache??? Go to iOS Settings > General > iPhone Storage. Scroll down the list of apps to find Safari. Tap on that and then on Website Data. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap on Remove All Website Data. Restart your phone and then test to see if you still see the detection.

From your who is lookup, it does show Microsoft has the 1drv dot com. So what you appear to be seeing is a link to some file on the One Drive servers, that Norton thinks may be unsafe.
Did you try clearing your browser data as I suggested? You mentioned that you are also using Twitter and Facebook. Maybe try clearing the data for those apps and test. You will have to sign into those apps after clearing the data, so be sure you have your passwords handy.
Do you use any Microsoft apps on your iPad, that might be using One Drive?
