Norton VPN kills my internet connection

I had to disable Norton VPN. Each time I use it, my Internet connection is either disabled or slowed to a point that makes it essentially useless. Is there a way to use the VPN and keep the internet connection strong? I wound up having to turn off Norton VPN permanently, which is not desirable. BTW, I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra.

Are you looking for Support, or a VPN connection in Dubai? I do not see a VPN region for UAE. 

If you are looking for Support, you can contact them at   www.norton.com/contactcs  You can choose between phone and chat support.

Are you seeing this on your home network or when away from home? Are you using Cell data or a Wifi hotspot? With cell data, you do not need a VPN as the data is already being encrypted as it leaves your phone. 

You can try using different VPN regions to see if you can find one with better performance. From the 360 interface, tap on Privacy and then on VPN Region.

I have it set up to only connect to unsecured networks. It happens randomly when I'm using cellular data or on a public wifi. There doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason. I turned off the VPN feature entirely and haven't had any incidents since.

As I noted, you do not need a VPN when using a cell connection. So next time you use a public wifi, try connecting to a different VPN region.
