Norton 360 Mobile Security will not install on my ipod. Norton 360 Mobile requires ios 13.0 or later. How do I install on ipod touch with software 12.5? My ipod will not support ios 13.0.

Hello Eileen. According to this article iOS current version and previous two versions are supported.

On the Apple Store it indeed states iOS 13 or greater. There seems to be a conflict with those statements. Do you have a Norton 360 subscription or just downloading the app?

So from system requirements for iOS support, the current and two previous versions works out to the current 15.5, 14.x, and 13.x.
There is no older version that you can download to an older device.
