No setting for uk post code & it usa zip code

Despite I never lived in USA that I have tried to insert the full uk postcode as it’s said invalid zip code. I have tried uninstall it & checked the iOS setting language & region. Why I am netting Norton 360 identity the dark web monitor app that I cannot even add my address due I do not have the zip code in the uk. How can I get to see the uk postcode instead of the U.S. zip code it ridiculous?

Are you entering this information while logged into your Norton Account in a browser? If not, please try that. While logged into your Norton Account from the UK web site, be sure your address is correctly entered in the Account Details section.
