Norton 360 keeps showing the loading screen during sign in

I have an available license on my Norton account.

I downloaded 360 onto my phone, entered my login info, but now I just get the spinning "loading" icon running forever.

Any thoughts on how to get 360 loaded so I can run a scan?

[Update] I got a message that it lost connection to the server, and I needed to try again. But after re-entering my login info, it's now back to the loading icon.

What device and OS version are you using?

Be sure you do not have any other security software installed. If you have another VPN, be sure that is turned off before trying to activate Norton.

I would start by uninstalling Norton. Then restart your device before downloading and installing again.
