Norton 360 blocking minecraft education multi-player

My kid and school buddies have been playing Minecraft Education Multiplayer for a while. All of the sudden today my child couldn't connect to any world, and any world he created noine could connect to. I turned off the firewall temporarily and it allowed them to play again. I need to know how to add minecraft Multiplayer as an exception from being blocked. Error on program was error code 1.
