How to fix problem installing Norton 360 on iPhones

I have Norton 360 - 5 devices. It installed OK on windows laptop and iPad. I have tried to install on 2 iPhones but I am advised that my subscription is inactive. Any solutions?

What iPhones and iOS versions are having the difficulty installing Norton?

First thing I would check is that you have activations left on your current subscription.  Log into your Norton Account and click on the user icon at the top right and click on Manage My Subscriptions. Find your current subscription and click on Manage Licenses and verify that you do have activations available. If you have duplicate or old entries click on the trash can beside the one you wish to delete to free up an activation.

While looking at the current subscription, click on the Download link and send an email to the device you are having difficulty installing Norton. Open that email from the device and try installing again.

I have 3 activations available. I have tried sending e-mails from other devices with no success. All I seem to get an invitation to download VPN. One phone is an eleven and the is an SE. No matter what I try I have been unsuccessful. Thanks for your assistance.

Try logging into your Norton account from the device you wish to install on. Look for the current 360 subscription and click on the download link by that subscription.
