Safecam/Settings Password says "Incorrect Password"

I'm trying to change some of the settings in Norton 360.  I need to I followed the instructions found on which stated I needed to uninstall Norton using Windows Uninstaller, use the Norton Removal/Re-install tool, and then re-install Norton 360.  This did not work.  Norton 360 will not allow me to change many of the items in "Settings" because it keeps telling me I have entered an incorrect password.  I recently changed my password and KNOW I'm typing in the correct on.  I was able to log into my online account with not problem.  Please help me fix this.  I need to change some settings as I have a job interview next week and need access to my webcam and to make a couple of exemptions for the firewall.  OS: Win 10 on a Lenovo Legion Y520.
