Just now, logging into my PWM extension in Opera GX, on my main machine I was greeted with the following:
Initial login screen presented this, I clicked NEXT
On the next screen I entered my password ONCE, and only once. I was first greeted with incorrect password. The second attempt I was greeted with reset my password. Then a "server not available" dialog. I then closed my browser to clear the cache.
Next I tried logging in via the Main Norton UI, was then greeted with the "server not available" dialog a second time. The second attempt DID open the PWM via the UI.
It's EXTREMELY concerning that at any point I was prompted to "reset my password" for no good reason. I can only imagine others who are not tech savy having to experience this, reset their password not knowing that when they do, their cloud vault will be possibly deleted. We need this looked at immediately before the forums explode with others vaults being deleted because of a backend issue.
