Where's dark web protection in Norton 360 Premium?

I have had Norton 360 for ages and recently I tried to use dark web protection feature but I can't find it. I bought Norton 360 from Amazon.in as am from Nepal. Just realized that they don't advertise that feature on Amazon India. The US version on Amazon advertises dark web feature so wanted to use it. Is it excluded or not available in Indian subcontinents?

Norton 360 entitlements/features may vary by geo-location/country.

@bjm_ Thanks for replying. It would be great if Norton would let us know why this feature is not present for Indian subcontinents and/or other countries. I see no reason to hide this feature for other countries as the leaked info could be affecting many across the world. Nord VPN has this feature too and I can use it in my country Nepal to find my leaked data which was really helpful, which I why I wanted to try this feature in Norton 360 too
