Norton Antivirus Plus Download offline

            I'm new to this forum, so I hope you'll forgive me if I'm in the wrong place.

            I would like to know if there is a link so that I can download the "Norton Antivirus plus 2022" version offline. 

            I found but, in English version and I need in French version.
