I was charged for 2 different subscriptions. One looks as if I just bought back in February and the other not due to renew until Nov. Have tried the support options on the website but nothing happens. No option to speak with anyone.

Typing "Live Agent" in the Chat dialog helps me reach Live Chat Agent.
