hello, I use Norton 360 (my norton if its needed) version 22.22.9.11, I tried to run a first-time cloud backup, but it failed, so I thought it's normal, I log into my account (even though i'm already logged in), so I log in, it shows an server error. (-400) Then I try to log in again, then I press run backup, and it sometimes shows someone elses email, that I cannot change. I renewed my subscription yesterday (23/10/2022). Never had this problem, what do I do?

Where did you purchase you 360 product? There have been reports in the past when users purchase from Ebay where they were sold 360 and given a key that had already been activated by another user.

don’t exactly remember where i bought it, but it surely was an online store. but if it was activated by another user, i probably wouldnt be able to use it right?

If that store sent you the product key, you would be able to use the product, but you would not have access to make any changes to the subscription. 

If you log into your Norton Account, hover your cursor over the user icon at the top right and click on Manage My Subscriptions. See if you see a current 360 subscription that is not expired. If you cannot find a current subscription, the situation I noted above would be what has happened and would explain why you might see another email address displayed.

well, that's probably what's happening. It shows my old subscription which expires on the 31st, but I can basically do everything except the backups. Is there anything I can do or just wait until it expires?

The subscription you see ends the 31st of October? And your Norton 360 product shows how many days remaining?

I think you need to contact Norton Support and report this. Before you contact them, take note of the email address you see coming up, and have the product key you used and any information you have from your purchase.

Contact Support at   www.norton.com/contactcs   if using the chat option, as soon as you can enter information enter "agent please" to get out of the chat bot and connected to a human.

norton 360 shows me 365 days, i wish it showed me the full email, its half censored but i guess thats how its like for everyone. ill contact support when ill be on my PC
