Can't access Norton with Ventura OS on MAC

Yesterday I had the problem of the Full Disk Access error prompt and had to have 2 chats with Norton to resolve it. Today I cannot access the Norton window at all, it just keeps saying "pending." Internet is working fine, the Norton app is the only one I cannot access. These problems occurred immediately after installing Ventura OS.
