"ID Theft Protection" alerts for banking charges over amount.

When I get an alert to My Norton display box from my bank accounts, do to exceeding the amount, I have chosen to alert me if a charge is over $X.xx. I go in acknowledge the alert as ok, but the alert on My Norton display box listing all my subscription the alert does not reset. I have tried to figure out why but no luck. Does anyone else have an issue with this? The way it is now it is useless because the alert warning is always on. I go into my account to see what the alert is, and it says no new alerts.   Can someone assist me with this issue please.
