Password manager keeps failing. Spent 2 hours with customer service today getting it "to work." He concluded all I needed to do was manually log in "just once."
Told him I reinstalled the program and logging manually logged in many times before I called. "Ah, but it works now."
No. Just had the same issue. It's persistent, it's not a problem on my end, and it's true on both my browsers.
I'll be finding new security software next year.
