How many instances of Norton Password Manager

I have Norton™ 360 Deluxe Plus with 5 devices covered/protected. Does this give me 5 instances of password manager, or is it 1 instance for the subscription. The reason is that I have 4 family members covered by this service and want each to be able to save their own passwords and keep them to themselves. Is this possible?

Norton Password Manager (NPM) cloud vault does not require Norton product subscription. 
Norton account does not require Norton product subscription.

You may create one NPM cloud vault for each Norton account.
You may create new Norton account/s for other user/s.

Norton Password Manager lets you create a cloud vault and save your Norton Password Manager data.
You can create one cloud vault for each Norton account.

Configure Norton Password Manager for other users on your computer
To set up Norton Password Manager, each user should have a Norton account and an online vault. If the user has an existing Norton account, it can be used to create the online vault. If not, you can create new Norton accounts for other users.
